The process for upgrades is as follows. We do not repair PDL syringes since there have been many models since 1982. You call us. We send you a new lever housing. When it arrives you send the broken one back. Please do not send your syringe to us unannounced. We bill you $100 on shipment with the understanding that you will send us yours. If within one month we do not receive it we will assume it is a straight purchase and bill you the additional $100.
